ICPPED｜保護所有人免遭強迫失蹤國際公約
2006年《保護所有人免遭強迫失蹤國際公約》（The International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance，縮寫為ICPPED）由聯合國大會第61/177號決議通過，並於2010年正式生效。本公約所指強迫失蹤，係由國家代理人，或國家授權、支持或默許之個人或組織，實施逮捕、羈押、綁架等剝奪自由之行為，並拒絕承認剝奪自由之實情，隱瞞失蹤者的下落，使失蹤者不能得到法律之保護。我國目前尚未通過施行法。
